Is this just a re-hash of previous courses?

Do these rankings last? Yes, in fact if you are doing things right, you have the best chance of these improved rankings being maintained. There can be instances where they fall out and the Reputation factors may need to be increased.But, you're getting paid to do that since this service should always be on monthly payments.
